dsh-wch-debug 是 lishuo4096 维护的 DSH 客户端插件，通过插件内私有 WCH OpenOCD 副本与 WCH-Link，在 CLI 完成 CH32 环境自检、烧录校验、寄存器/内存读取及 gdb/telnet 常驻会话。设计上避免 MounRiver 目录隐式 ocd.cfg 污染与断点残留，提供 20 个 wch_* 工具与 agent 技能 wch-debug。依赖本机 C:\MounRiver 与 Node>=20，MIT 许可。安装以 README 的 plugin_manager install_bundle 为准，需确认 application 为 applied。
